Clear retest!! Manny is one of the most hardworking and honest business owners I have ever met. We had a large and upscale home which required a lot of mold remediation. Not only did his pricing come back fair and justifiable but he was super quick to fit us into the schedule in a pinch. Their cleanup and work was done with a lot of care and thought involved. Manny Perez owner of Advanced MicroClean went above and beyond excellent service. He was kind enough to respond to my last minute call on a holiday and came out to my home to assess a mold problem the same day. Upon doing a thorough investigation of my house he sat down and explained everything about mold and the removal process that needs to be done to solve the problem. This was our first foray into the world of mold in the home after owning homes for 50 years. As we were preparing to put our condo on the market, after sitting empty for 4 months, we discovered mold in several places. We checked several reviews on several sites and ended up selecting Advanced MicroClean. They met us on site and provided a detailed estimate within 24 hours. They started the job within 2 days and finished in a week. Unfortunately as they started to eradicate the mold they discovered it was much more extensive than expected.
